• To get your goodies to your doorstep

• To answer your questions (we promise we’re nice)

• To send you marketing only if you said “yes”

2. Cancellation / Returns Policy

14 days to change your mind – start counting when the toys arrive.

How to cancel: Use the standard form or just email us.

Returns:

• Costs are on you

• Only fresh, unplayed-with toys can come back to the bar

Slobber alert:

If your dog has already gnawed, slobbered, or turned it into a chew-toy party, sorry – we cannot accept it back. Hygiene first, fun always. 🐾

3. Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

Contract:

Order → Confirmation → Shipping – that’s it!

Prices & Payment:

• All prices include VAT

• Pay safely with Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, or Instant Bank Transfer

Shipping:

• Usually 7–14 business days

• High-demand periods might slow things down – patience is a virtue (or grab a drink while you wait)

Cancellation / Returns:

• See above (and yes, slobber still voids returns)

Liability:

• Only responsible for intentional or grossly negligent mistakes

• Normal chew-time wear? That’s on your furry friend
